Timeline

1969

Herbert Pichler founds a trading company for cables and wires under his name.

1972

The company is relocated from Rommelshausen to Mainhardt – renting larger premises and establishing an own inventory.

1978

Another warehouse is rented.

1985

ConCab kabel GmbH is formed including an in-house cable and wire production.

1986-1987

The company moves to a newly built office facility with modern production area and warehouse.

1990

Enlargement of production area and warehouse, construction of a two-storey building with approximately 5000 square meters. ConCab exports to five continents and opens its first branch office in Korea

1991-2000

ConCab continues to grow, establishing new branch offices in:

Spain

Italy

Scandinavia

U.S.A.

Canada

Thailand

Outsourcing of production and enhancement of the development and design department in order to strengthen ConCab’s position on the special cable market.

2006

Acquisition of the Herbert Pichler company. All employees join ConCab. ConCab opens branch office in India.

2007

Management system receives DIN ISO EN 9001 certification

2012

Concab develops exports to Shanghai/China 

2013

Second quality recertification
